It is a journey of trust; trust in Jesus who is directing because He sees the beginning, the end and the everything in-between of our lives.” To follow Jesus as our leader is an act of faithfulness and obedience, he said. “Rowers don’t stop to ask, ‘Why?’ every time directions are given. Trust means obeying, even when we don’t understand.”

“We have been incredibly blessed with all of the team members, volunteers and supporters over all these years,” Pettyjohn, who founded Salt & Light Radio 15 years ago, told the Idaho Catholic Register.  

The Vigil Project, an international association of Catholic musicians based in Louisiana, also focused on evangelization. They led workshops and performed concerts at Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, Meridian, Boise and Cottonwood. The organization has teams of artists and speakers who provide retreats, workshops and concerts to promote Catholic liturgical and devotional music.
