“Everything was perfect until a Mass during Lent in March of 2022,” she said. “I was at the Cathedral with my boyfriend, went up and received Communion and then went back to the pew. As soon as I knelt down, there was this deep stirring in my heart. I just knew it was the Lord telling me to slow down. As if He was saying, ‘Pump the brakes.’”

“In 2015, we started to work with these women and their children, offering them the opportunity immediately to leave the world of prostitution and begin the road to recovery of their dignity,” Sister Joachim said.

“Brother Juan, you are now a part of that jour­ney of coming into a deeper relationship of the transformation at the altar,” Bishop Peter said. “As priests, as celibates, Jesus becomes our all in a very special way.”

Brother John Joseph, baptized “Joseph Catama” enters the novitiate and receivs the habit at the Rite of Investiture.
